Caleb Edwards is Managing Partner at Oak IQ Investments, the Kansas City–based private real estate and alternative investments firm he co-founded to give entrepreneurs and high-income professionals access to the kind of deals usually reserved for institutions. He oversees the firm's investor relationships and serves as the public face of a platform managing more than $290 million across multifamily development, oil and gas, and real estate-backed private credit - co-investing alongside his partners in every deal Oak IQ brings to the table. To date, the firm has deployed over $100 million of investor capital at an average 35% IRR - with zero capital loss.
